Project 1: ASTRA Ortho n Spine Center, Velachery

Brief From  Client

ASTRA Hospital found us through Google Search in September 2015, they wanted to build good reputation for one of the Hospital, ASTRA Ortho n Spine Centre, having exclusive treatments for Spine & Ortho related problems.

Project 1 was agreed to proceed with client, also agreed for the decision of project 2 initiation would be based on the strategy implemented & satisfied results acquired from project 1.

Challenges Faced: 

Since the project 1 was given to us fresh (no website was designed earlier), we were excited to shape it from scratch

  1. New Website needs to be designed for the niche content for only Ortho n Spine, hence took time in exploring the treatments scope to cover most of the queries in the website content part itself
  2. SEO Keywords given were targeting Chennai city based & time period requested is 3-4 months to achieve.
  3. There was no Social Media engagements made as we needed to create their brand on social Media from scratch (right from Social Media Pages Creation)
    We decided to work out a strategy which needs to overcome the above challenge and also in line with achieving their Brand Reputation online in this financial year 2016-17.

Patient Video Testimonials were new when we suggested in 2016 as many of the hospitals websites not given its importance at that time.

We believed the true Experience right from easiness of reaching hospital, booking appointments with appropriate doctors, hospitality from staffs & the treatment & relief from their issues should be materialised, which helps many online visitors to make quicker decisions for their problems.

Achievements: 

  • New Website is completed & launched within one month from project signup.
  • With continuous & consistent quality contents followed in various OFF Page activities like blog writing, Article submissions, Classified postings etc, we could improve the domain score and SEO score which resulted in the 70% of SERP results within first 3 months itself.

This Project 2 is given to us as appreciation of our well executed work in project 1, but unlike their first project, this one is a multi speciality hospital with major 16 departments, we understood the scope & responsibility of building their online reputation regards to all major departments to people nearby 15 areas around Semmancheri.

This time, Client gave us complete freedom and ownership on the strategy by believing us with only constrain to take up this branding to next level within 6 months i.e. before May 2019.
