Shaktiman Equipments (initially Pioneer Power Service Pvt Ltd) having 25+ Years of experience on generator dealers & Mahindra Powerol generator manufacturing in Chennai and all over Tamil Nadu. They are also authorized dealers of ELGI air compressor equipments for Chennai region. They export genset products to over 70 cities in Tamil Nadu over most of Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore. Distribute all type of diesel generators and Air Compressors for industrial usage. They are ISO 9001: 2015 approved company, with Mahindra powerol gensets built for longevity and a wide range of power applications.

Brief From  Client

Shaktiman (initially Pioneer Power Service)reached out to KVNPromos through a google search, unimpressed with their SEO partner, looking for a professional team to take up their complete digital marketing & branding activities to highly competitive next level, asking strategies in attaining their following objectives:

  • A Strong/Professional digital brand (Later in 7 months of signup, rebranded as Shaktiman)
  • A Strategy which yields business leads coping up with their target of selling 1200 genset units + 350 Air Compressor units in financial year 2019-20.
  • A Competitive digital presence meeting up other genset OEMs from rivals such as Cummins, Ashok Leyland, Kirloskar.

Challenges Faced: 

During our initial website audit & project discussion itself, it was find out there is continuous fall in their website traffic since Dec 2018. Because then existing website of Shaktiman.co (previously pioneergenerator.in) was not designed convincingly & not well equipped to current trend

  • The Website lacks Brand Value proposition & difficult to navigate also.
    And the time period given for getting SEO rankings was 3 months.
  • There was no Social Media engagements made as we needed to create their brand on social Media from scratch (right from Social Media Pages Creation)
  • We decided to workout a strategy which needs to overcome the above challenge and also in line with achieving their marketing objective plan for this financial year 19-20.
